I have known Calipe for more than ten years since the years when I was located in Shanghai , China and we continue to communicate and at times golfing and dining together when we are  then relocated to Suzhou , Jiangsu , China . 

Calipe has being a natural leader , who can articulate his thoughts well and present himself comfortably in front of a big audience . He is not afraid to face challenges  against different school of thoughts .
